Meet Balqees Bano — Owner & Provider

At Zaini Daycare, children are cared for like family. Our daycare is proudly led by Balqees Bano, a loving and experienced childcare provider with over 25 years of experience caring for children. As a mother of five, Balqees has always had a natural love for children and a passion for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel at home.

In 2020, she turned her lifelong passion into Zaini Daycare, creating a place where families could feel confident knowing their children were receiving loving, attentive, and dependable care. Over the years, she has built strong and trusting relationships with families in the community and takes pride in treating every child with the same patience, kindness, and care she would want for her own children.

Zaini Daycare is a licensed family day home in Virginia, and Balqees is CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certified. She is committed to following Virginia’s childcare requirements and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for every child in her care.

For Balqees, caring for children is more than a job, it is a lifelong passion and something she has always dreamed of doing. She feels privileged to welcome children into her daycare and to become a trusted part of their early years.
